Medium - Vindicator

Maria Arkady is the MechWarrior in command of this Hilltoppers Vindicator. Mounting an additional half ton of armor, and sporting a pair of medium lasers and a streak SRM-6 pack, besides the standard arm-mounted ER PPC, this Vindicator outguns its stock -3L progenitor. Three double heat sinks were removed to accomodate the extra weapons. A Beagle probe was also added, to ferret out any hidden enemies that the command lance of Carnivore Company might happen upon.

This one has some excellent blending and color variatin going on in both black and blue portions. It's hard to do black convincingly, and this one manages to perform some nice highlighting without calling attention to itself. I like the color choices for the most part, excepting the brown/tin for the metallic parts -- it doesn't mesh as well as the other parts. However, the solid blue/black scheme and yellow/ochre visiscreen really makes this one special. Nice old-school Vindy too. :)

great highlighting on the blue side. I miss it a little bit on the black, but as always, your work is great and clean.
